Helping Volleyball Athletes of all ages build and preserve strength.

Young Volleyball Players: Erin can help your young athlete build strength, agility and speed as well as improve vertical – all important components to play at elite levels of volleyball.

Previously Young Volleyball Players: Erin has extensive experience working with players to improve mobility and build or regain lost strength due to age or injury. She has a deep understanding of the toll that decades of volleyball takes on ankles, hips, knees, and shoulders and can help you get back to the beach or the hardcourt as fast as possible.

Training with Erin

Erin starts each training relationship with an assessment and interview to understand your objectives and your current physical condition and limitations. With this knowledge in hand, Erin will create a training program unique to you and only you. The program will evolve as your conditioning improves and can push you to a point of physical competence or elite physical performance ready to compete at the next level.

Training is performed at Erin’s home gym in Victoria, BC or at a public gym.

About Erin

Erin has enjoyed a long and proud career in volleyball and continues to play at an elite level now. She’s recently returned from International Volleyball Veteran Championships in Spain and is a regular part of Team Canada at the US National Volleyball Championships. She played at a NCAA collegiate level in Michigan early in life and moved to a career of Personal Training after having kids. Erin holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Physiology and has been a CANFITPRO Certified Personal Trainer for over 9 years.
